3. The online store www.Kesarvitae.com provides the advertised goods only to adults. After clicking the "Order" button, customers agree to purchase the goods located in the CART section. This action has a legally binding force. The customer receives a confirmation of the order and upon receipt of this confirmation, it is considered that the distance contract is concluded.
4. The merchant, represented by "Kesar Vitae" Ltd., reserves the right to cancel an automatically confirmed order in the event that the goods are not available. In the event of a lack of stock of the requested goods, within 24 hours, the site operator notifies the customer of its exhaustion by sending a message to the email address or phone number specified by the customer. In the event that a transfer has been made to a bank account, the customer will be able to choose between a refund, cancellation of the order or selection of another product from the store.

6. According to Art. 55, para. 2 of the Consumer Protection Act, in case of withdrawal from the distance contract, the customer pays the costs of returning the goods to the place from which they were sent to him.
7. According to Art. 47, para. 1, item 8 of the Consumer Protection Act, when exercising his right to withdraw from the distance contract, the consumer should keep in mind that the goods must be returned in the form in which they were received, namely NEW, IN UNPRECEDENTED ORIGINAL PACKAGING, together with accompanying documents, if any. The customer must have verified the good condition of the goods and the accompanying documents upon receipt. In the event that no information is submitted to the trader that the goods have any remarks regarding their condition and packaging at the time of receipt or delivery, it is assumed that they were
delivered to the customer without any remarks. Upon receipt of the shipment, if there is a deviation from the good condition of the goods or any malfunction, the customer should immediately contact the seller at the sender's phone number indicated on the waybill.
8. The refund of the amount paid by the customer will be made after receiving the returned goods and after checking the condition and undamaged commercial appearance of the goods.

DELIVERY CONDITIONS

Deliveries are made only within the territory of Bulgaria. For delivery of the ordered goods, the services of the courier company Econt are used. The opportunity to inspect the shipment before paying the cash on delivery is guaranteed. The shipment is made only after specifying all of the customer's preferences with the customer. The delivery time is usually between 24 and 48 hours. Orders placed by 1:00 PM are processed and shipped on the same day. Delivery to the address specified by the customer or to the office of a courier company is the next day or according to the courier's schedule. Orders placed after 1:00 PM are processed and shipped the next day, and those placed on weekends are processed on the first business day. The main method of delivery and payment is WITH CASH ON DELIVERY upon receipt of the shipment. In this case, the price of the goods is paid to the courier upon delivery of the shipment to the address specified by the customer or to the office of the courier company. Upon delivery of the goods, the courier issues a postal money order document, which replaces the receipt. For orders with the payment method “BANK TRANSFER”, payment for the goods and the courier service is made in advance. The bank details for transfer to "Kesar Vitae" Ltd. are indicated in the information "About us". With this payment method, the goods are sent after receiving the transfer. DELIVERY PRICES

1. For orders with a price below 99.99 BGN, delivery is at the customer's expense. The delivery price is according to the rates of the courier company Econt.
2. For orders with a price over 100 BGN, delivery to the customer is free to the specified address.

The prices indicated apply to delivery to the recipient's address on weekdays and non-holidays (excluding Saturdays). For delivery to the recipient's door on Saturdays and holidays, an additional charge is made to the price of the transport service, according to the courier's rates. Delivery is free only upon receipt of the shipment by the customer.
